Fibre cement roof sheets (5” thick) in Mocca Brown (or choose from another 4 colours) as standard
Roof drains both sides into PVCu guttering in brown woodgrain effect (black or brown is available)
Optional Metrotile roof option (will blend with your home or business’s roof tiles)
Foam eaves filler for draft proofing
TrueBrick front posts in rustic brown ( or in a choice of 5 different brick finishes)
Multi Spar aggregate exterior appearance that is a great blend with almost all properties
All timber used has been factory-dipped in preservative treatment for longevity and to ensure a maintenance free life-span
